He was the Regina Arts Festival "Town Crier"
(Defined as a person formerly employed by a town to proclaim announcements in the streets-or a gossip.....)
He was traveling the highways and byways of 13th ave, "proclaiming" upcoming events....very
much in the spirit of the festival....
