Oddly enough Regina's City Hall has a statue of Confucius on one side of the entrance and a bust of Mahatma Gandhi on the other. Apparently Confucius isn't much of a riders fan, but Gandhi seems to have had a pretty good weekend after the riders win. On Monday morning he had not only a Hawaiian lei, but I think he was still hung over.
