My Japanese daughter...
Chizuru stayed with us during a Japanese
student exchange about ten years ago
when we lived in Williams Lake...
since then we have stayed in contact.
She calls me mom and Kendal dad... :)
Last year she got married
and just recently found out they are expecting.
She is very excited..
She looks very beautiful...
Feeding the baby... :)

On a cold winters night....
Here is Gracie cuddled up under a nice warm blanky
after a warm bath....reading her book..
wearing her warm house coat...
I bought it for her before she was born,
and before I even knew she was a girl.
I justified it by telling myself I could always give it
away as a gift if it wasn't a girl...LOL!

Christmas Tree Time..
Jeremy was old enough this year to help us decorate
the tree...and so after putting Gracie to bed..
(Her idea of decorating was to eat the silver bells..)
We put on some music,
and took turns putting decorations on the tree...
Afterwards we watched The Grinch cartoon...
Jeremy said it was a FUN Christmas party....
This is what Gracie think Christmas tree ornaments are for...
Jeremy
(Church Christmas Banquet)
Look at the mischief in these eyes...
Look...I am putting it ON the tree..
(Right...)

The Exhibition....
Braver souls may not have tried this...
(I never admitted to being very smart...)
But we took the kids to the VERY CROWDED
exhibition...
Not with ONE toddler...
Not with TWO toddlers...
NO.
We have to do everything on a GRAND scale.
FIVE....count it folks..
FIVE preschoolers.
Add that to a very crowded exhibition,
Lots of noise
and a bunch of stinky cows.....
(at least you couldn't smell the diapers...)
At least I wasn't by myself...
This is grandma with Gracie
Cousin Josh
Aunty Anna and cousin Paige
My grandson Talon
The kids all watch the llamas...
Talon pets a donkey
We had fun
Pretty sure the kids had fun..
Gracie especially enjoyed the horse show..
I might try to go again next year...
(Might avoid the cows though...
I will be cleaning of the wheels of my stroller for a while..)
