This weeks Heads or Tails is Love...in honor of Valentines Day...
I will make this a multi purpose post.

I will post pics of the people who are nearest and dearest to me...my fam....
and I will tell you a little story.

THIS IS LOVE...

On my honeymoon,
Kendal and I went to Courtenay BC in our travels.
One day we went to a river there which I fondly call pothole river
and while in the water....
I lost my sandle.
It floated off down the river.

What do you think my enamored husband did??
He took off his socks and threw them in after my sandle!!!
That's love.

Tell me your stories of what you think love is...we will post the winners here on the fourteenth...in honor of Valentines day.

Here are the promised pics...cause I know there is NO WAY you have seen enough pictures of my family.....It just isn't possible...

My best friend

sisterly love...

Bree...This is love...taking time out of the busy teen schedule to play with a persistant little
brother

My oldest daughter Krystal with a new son...That is love too.

Grandma with a new grand baby...

My husband is infatuated with his new boy....
This is Love...

A bad picture of me crying over my "minutes old" son....this is love..

Maybe I'm in a sentimental mood today, but those pictures brought tears to my eyes. :)

I love the river story and I have one to add.

I keep all my passwords in a little notepad on my desk. One day I couldn't find it and with a sinking feeling in my stomach I remembered hearing something fall into the waste basket next to my desk the day before.

I had emptied the waste baskets and taken the trash out to the dumpster the night before. ACK!

I left a note for hubby telling him what I'd done. (He wakes up at 4:30am which is WAY too early for me.) Know what he did? Before he went to work that day he went climbing through the dumpster, looking for our trash.

He found my notepad. :)

I LOVE the pictures!!! You had me crying over the picture of your newborn. Thank you for the award, after the problems I've been having with my blog comments I really needed it. Thanks for what you said too. It made me feel better.

As for a love story here is what I got -

My elderly father lived with us. We found out he was dying with cancer and my sweet wonderful husband would stay up at night and watch him so I could get some sleep after taking care of him during the day. My husband even helped bathe him and take care of his bodily functions so that my father would have some dignity and not have to have his daughter do it. This really proved to me that not only did my husband love me, but that he also loved my father.

Really good post. I love the pictures and that story is awesome. I am pretty sure after 25 years of loving marriage I have several stories, but darn if I can think of one right now, lol!

You have a beautiful family. If your older kids are helping with the toddlers, you've really done something right!
