Spiderboy nets a bed

Since Jeremy is two we decided that it was way past time for him to go into a bed...
We have been planning on giving him a spidey room, since he loves spiderman so much, but I was unable to find a spiderman bed at Sears anymore....but fortunately E-bay had one, and within 7 days, it was shipped to our house....
Kendal put it together the same day, the intent being that we would leave it up for Jeremy to get used to, as he loved his crib so much we really thought it was going to be a battle to move him into a bed...

I should have known better....
kendal put the bed together, and as soon as it was done? Spidey boy climbed into it with his bottle, and refused to leave for anything.
Not even for his story....Wow!
and there he stayed.
He LOVES it...
(He even kissed spiderman...)

And the boy who doesn't sleep through the night did....
and has every night since except for once!
(which is nice since Gracie sleeps through the night now...)

...and as for the weaning from the bottle thing?
Well...he has kind of pushed that issue by biting the top off of two of his bottles....
and since I won't be buying him anymore...
he is hastening his own move from bottle to cup...

We are going to do a lot of growing up this month....

In other baby news....
Jeremy and Gracie both just had their shots yesterday...
Jeremy is doing awesome and has moved up the growth chart from the 10th percentile
up to the 50th...
although he is still smaller then most boys his age..

Gracie's growth has slowed down...
Well...sort of.
Her height is still 50th percentile...(it was 90th)
but her weight has fallen to the 25th percentile...

They are both doing great in other words..

and now I am going to cuddle under the biggest blanket I can find...
It is -38 outside...

ok...I just checked...make that -40.....

Your little ones are gorgeous, new life, new hope and they bring incredible joy to the heart of the family. Hope your big blanket and that snuggling filled you with joy.

...and you are so right, if we didn't want our big families we would not have them. :)

What boy that age wouldn't love Spiderman. Awesome bed.
We had our cold weather in Dec. so now we are enjoying it hovering at 0 ish. Not -40ÂșC. Thank God! Keep warm..spring is coming sometime.

I'm looking for a Thomas bed for Aidan.

I think the growth charts are pretty insignificant. My son was 22 pounds at 6 months, and my daughter was 19 pounds at 1 year. And both are just perfect.

Your kids are adorable.
