The Real Food Movement

I'm not really a "granola" kind of girl... I kill everything I have ever tried to grow in a garden,  and I am more for convenience then "making it myself..." But... lately I have been thinking a lot more about the kinds of food we eat, and how good they are for us.... I have been shopping in some of the Farmer's markets in our area trying to support our local economy, and hopefully avoiding some of the crap that gets sprayed on the veggies in big farms... What am I discovering? Well... Cheap doesn't equal Good...that's for sure... So I have decided to try and change the way I shop this year... More food from farms..and from closer to home. Here is an article and a video if you are interested...

Is the price of cheap food worth it?

Hey Robyn, I've been thinking on this mindset lately as well. Google Community Supported Agriculture. I've been thinking of talking to Matthew about looking into it further. It's hard for me to explain, but look it up and see what you think!
