Rough Night...

Well Talon didn't come home till Wed this week...I had the flue...I really had the flue. All I did was sleep on Tuesday....and Monday for that matter. Talon did come home on Wed. with --guess what? The flue.....and he screamed ALL NIGHT long. He slept till about 12.45 am, and then spent the rest of the night screaming....fun. I didn't yet know what was wrong and so I didn't know how to make him happy....Little monkey finally went to sleep at 8am...and slept off and on till 11 when I took the boys to the health unit to see if they still wanted to do Talon's shots...which they didn't....he had a mild fever. Instead the boys did get weighed though...Talon is 18 lbs, 10 oz and Jeremy is 10 lbs 5 oz...so both boys are doing well...

By this afternoon...I figured out that Talon had the same flue as I had, and so i started giving him tylenol every four hours and the result is that he is feeling much better...

Our Last Year in William's Lake!

Talon will be going home....

Well...It is official....as of April 1 Talon Balon will be going home to live with his mommy....Krystal has finally got an apartment, and has almost got everything else that she needs for her house....We are going to miss seeing Talon every day. He has stayed with us for 4 months and we really love him. We will still get to see him Sunday for church though, and some other times when we want to take him places. however, on the other hand, I am looking foreward to just being a mommy to Jeremy for a couple of months...probably Sept..at least. and just a grandma to Talon and also getting my house cleaned...Trust me....it needs it. I have found being caregiver to two newborns more challenging then I was up to.....and the lack of sleep thing has really been getting to me. I hope that the adjustment isn't too difficult for him, but we have been working up to it this month, with my MIL taking him for Fridays and Sat. and Krystal taking him Monday and Tuesdays...It will be an adjustment for everyone I think....

Brenda was given this outfit for Mercy from a friend. It is directly from Africa,
and very cute! It's hard to believe that Mercy is two now.....she is actually one of the reasons we decided to have Jeremy.....she is so freakin cute

She has started to talk now.....every time she comes over she says bye-bye....I am starting to get a complex! and the last time I gave her a kiss she said yay! I love this age......These pictures I am going to put up are for her benefit...she loves to look at pictures of herself on the internet...

Meet Janae Lily Israelson.....

We received a text message at 6 this morning letting us know that Tam had her baby....and she was 7lbs, 14 ozs...just the right size....
Kendal and I went and saw her this afternoon after the conference we were at...Is she ever a sweetheart...She was sleeping when we saw her...at least for most of it...but I should be used to that by now.....
So the Israelson clan now has 2 boys and 2 girls....Pretty cool if you ask me.
Tam is doing pretty good, but tired...(no kidding....) her labor was pretty long...

New Baby!

Congrats to Paul and Tam, who finally delivered a healthy baby girl at 4 am this morning...(we got a text message at 6am...so I think Paul was pretty excited....LOL!) Her name is Janae.Lily (Sorry-not yet sure of the spelling) and she is 7 lbs....not sure of the ounces....(sorry-it was 6am....) I can't wait to see her.....
