Gracie chats with dad....

Barb, I am thinking of you as I post this.... (smile)

Barb has created a new theme! It is EDGE ...
This weeks EDGE is- "Any Past Theme"
This post was from March 18-2008... It is of something I am fond of but havent played much since I was pregnant with Gracie....

This weeks Heads or Tails was Heads....Places in your House....
Well...This isn't exactly a PLACE....but since Barb had a guitar on her blog entry...
I couldn't resist adding mine. It has a big place in my heart and house....

This is my Takamini special edition Tibetan Alm Guitar. I purchased it two (three now....) years ago (with a lot of help from friends) after we were broken into and all they took was my Takamini guitar and my keyboard....

It has actually been a blessing in disguise as I love this guitar, and find it much easier to play....

Uncle Marky...

Last week, Kendal's brother Mark and his fiance Esther came to visit us and meet his niece (Gracie) and his grand-niece (Cassidy) We haven't seen them much in the last couple of years...so it was a nice visit....They stayed about five days.

This thing is hilarious! I hope Robyn doesn't get any ideas. Yes, it's a real product, comes in red, black, or silver with five knives.

Maybe a little over dramatic..

As Jeremy is two now, I have been wanting to explain to him about God, and Jesus....
because our faith is the center of our lives and is very important to our family,
but how to explain to a two year old...who is only learning to talk...

"Look mom" (squeals) I dance!"

"I fight you."

"nice" (said while patting my chest....I think I nursed to long...)

"NO!" and "I want it....." punctuated by heart rending sobs...

I did find this Bible at our local Christian Bookstore
and it is great...
the stories are simple
and I even found some coloring pages on the web
http://www.coloring.ws/creation.htm
to help explain each story a little easier...
BUT

I had to laugh at the inscription on the back...

"Next year may be too late."

Wow!....Really? He's only two!
That might be a little over dramatic...

Tummy Time - Starring Gracie...

We haven't done much in the way of tummy time with Gracie...
We are afraid that Jeremy will smush her like a bug.
(yes...smush is a word...at least for today)
I managed to do this after the boy had gone to bed...
and she is so freakin cute that I had to video tape her,
cause you know...there isn't enough media of this little pampered princess already!!!

Looking at the sky on Friday...or also known as Through my Eyes Friday....

ok... so first an apology...I was having a blond moment and posted my link on Looking at the Sky on Friday.....when I meant to actually post on Through my eyes...
So I posted a link to both of them as an apology....LOL!
Click on either badge....and you can visit them.
(at least the picture fit both...sigh....)

Yes.
You can laugh at my exspense..
I know you can.
C'mon....
You know you want too...

Like you have never been there.......

Not very exciting is it.....pea soup sky.
Makes me feel a little like hanging out in my pjs all day
with a warm blanky and a good book or a movie....
